MEP together with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Firefighting system, are the main living core of the building and is crucial to be designed and carry out with major accuracy and excellence. Because of the high degree of interconnection and overlapping between these systems, the best result can only be delivered with an outstanding teamwork of specialists from different discipline and is decisive to have a well-established team of professionals. 

For this purpose, in E&G we don’t subcontract any service to third parties and our in-house dedicated Fit-Out & MEP Division, is exclusively specialized on timely delivery of quality, durability and reliable services. 

Moreover, due to the complexity of the Web made of ductworks, conduits, cables, pipes and wires from the interconnection of each MPE, HVAC and Firefighting systems. With the support of our 3D Modelling Team, we are able to identify and adjust in advance unforeseen intersections between different systems (so-called ‘’clashes’’) and consequently reduce schedule & cost of installation even improving the quality of the delivery.
